They offered me a top service and an additional accommodating option that suited my needs. Due to the new apartment, since numerous installations and repairs had to be carried out, I only had to pay the new rent on the 15th of the month. I paid my deposits in USD for two months' rent in advance and the required security deposit when the contract was signed. The viewing of the apartment and the conclusion of the transaction were organized immediately with the handing over of the keys and chip, as well as the contract papers.
